Blade access plates eliminate a major safety hazard: the need for people to go inside the headbox to change a blade. Instead, after removing six bolts from one side and the set collar from the other side, two people can safely and quickly change the blade and return the cleaner to its operating position.

Nothing’s worse than watching a tool fall off the workspace and roll away — especially if you’re trying to make repairs, replace a part, or conduct routine maintenance. Our patent-pending urethane safety prybar sleeve slides over your prybar to create a tight grip. Wider than the grating, it keeps prybars from falling through and creating a safety hazard.

The safety inspection access door protects anyone inspecting chutes, maintaining primary cleaners, and changing blades. We laser cut, form, and powder coat these all-steel doors for a trouble-free lifespan. The door’s unique latch system includes a bolt with a built-in stop and non-removable nut — you’ll never worry about losing your nuts again.
