Belt Alignment
We offer two simple solutions to keep belts aligned and moving right along: alignment disks and belt guide rollers.
Alignment disks bolt around the conveyor rollers’ sides, guiding the belt to its correct position. Matching the alignment disks’ speed to the belt speed reduces abrasion and increases the belt’s and disks’ longevity.
Belt guide rollers — which look a lot like beer cans in size and shape — mount to the frame outside the belt edge. These rollers remain stationary unless the belt touches them, at which point they spin, nudging the belt back into position.
