The E1 replacement blades are engineered for use with our E1 series cleaners as well as replacement for Superior® EXTERRA. Martin QC1™, and Argonics RPQ™ blades. This 6.63” tall blade starts off with a 7/16” aluminum channel, surface-prepared and cast with your choice of high quality urethane formulations. Available in our 5 urethane options; Ev-R-Wear™, Standard Urethane, Chemical Resistant, Heat Resistant, and Food Grade.
The E1 replacement blades fit not only our E1 series cleaners but can also be used as replacements for Superior® EXTERRA. Martin QC1™, and Argonics RPQ™ blades. Like all of our Primary Replacement blades, their construction starts with a sturdy extruded aluminum channel. The E1 channel features a 7/16" opening and plenty of protrusions to help anchor the urethane to the blade. Our proprietary surface preparation for the aluminum helps ensure that the urethane stays right where you want it - attached to the aluminum extrusion. The E1 is available in all five of our urethane variations: Ev-R-Wear™, Standard Urethane, Chemical Resistant, Heat Resistant, and Food Grade.
