Aside from being made to the same high standards we are known for, American Eagle Manufacturing’s Secondary Replacement Blades offer one very important benefit; easy installation. While many secondary cleaners feature individual 6” segments that must be unbolted and refastened to complete installation, AEM’s Secondary Replacement Blades fasten securely in two points by utilizing slots at each end of the blade to pin the blade in place. This 4 ¾” tall blade starts off with a 7/16” aluminum channel, surface-prepared and cast with your choice of high quality urethane formulations. Our Secondary Replacement Blades come in three basic configurations; with an AR300 blade tip, with a carbide blade tip or with a solid urethane blade tip. The blades come in 3 urethane configurations – Ev-R-Wear™, Heat Resistant, and Chemical Resistant. A urethane-only blade is available in our Food Grade Material.
