We hold two patents: a torsional tensioning device and a conveyor tail system. The torsional tensioning device makes it easier to control the force of the belt scraper against the conveyor belt. The conveyor tail system reduces back spillage from a conveyor belt’s chute.
The PE6 replacement blades is an excellent choice to replace the blades on your Martin Pit Viper™ and Martin QC1™.
This 6.3” tall blade starts off with a 7/16” aluminum channel, surface-prepared and cast with your choice of high quality urethane formulations. Available in our 5 urethane options; Ev-R-Wear™, Standard Urethane, Chemical Resistant, Heat Resistant, and Food Grade.
